1. Check whether the power supply in the power supply line is missing, if the phase is missing, use the voltmeter to measure incoming voltage and repair.
2. The machine should be close when conduct thermal relay. Then check if the power line is missing; Check to see if the motor is overloaded and start the machine after check off.
3. Spindle control panel 3A fuse is fused, replace the fuse holder.
4. Check whether the connector connections on the spindle control panel are strong. If the connector is damaged, repair and replace the connector core.
5. If the main shaft control board has problems, replace the main shaft control board.
6. If the spindle motor fails, overhaul spindle motor.
7. If the main control board has problems, replace the main control board.
