Steps to adjust line position
1.First, turn the dial to the line position (different machine differs)
2.It is the best position that sees half pinhole by 45°facing with machine head
3.Adjust the shuttle bed and the needle tip position.
4.Adjust the distance between the shuttle bed and the tip. (It's too wide to take the bottom line)
Note that we usually adjust the shuttle bed with the 5 pin, and then adjust the position with the 2 and 8 pins.
Other is to make sure whether the axle is on the take-up-lever or on the drive half tooth. If change the spindle bed and make sure them on the right position, so it's very likely that the glue CAM or the iron CAM is gone, or it's damaged. It's best to find professional maintenance personnel to deal with.
